 So much more than just a bowl of oatmeal: Oatmeal Crisp reverse

<> A recent Facebook posting recipe of mine has received many enthusiastic interest, so I thought I’d enjoy this little official recipe here: Oatmeal White around. A strange name, I know, but basically tastes like the mirror image of a crisp. Oats are the star of the recipe with the fruit of the finish.

You can even sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and paste it in the oven to crisp surface, if you want, but it is in its 2 minutes too delicious! With speeds, oats here means that it really happened in a moment – just to the boiling water when you are hungry

vice versa Oatmeal Crisp

  • 1 / 3 cup Jules Gluten Free ™ certified gluten free oats (instant / quick oats)
  • 1 c. soup. Flax (optional, for extra nutrition!) 1 c. soup. Quinoa flakes (optional, for extra nutrition!) 1 c. to tea. + / – Cinnamon

    taste about 9 tablespoons. boiling water (enough to cover the oatmeal)

    berries or other fruit of your choice (about 1 / 2 cup)

    1 / 4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

    milk (dairy or non dairy) (I used coconut milk so delicious Cultured ®)

    syrup or agave syrup time to taste (optional)
